Always a good experience
This was my fourth order, I think. I got some more Minky pads, an overnight and a heavy flow, to add to my collection. As usual, everything arrived well-packaged and the quality is consistent. I keep coming back because their products just work well for me, and I appreciate the range of absorbencies they offer. Shipping was about 6 days to my place in California, which is standard.

Solid product, some shipping delay
I purchased a couple of postpartum pads and a stain remover stick. The pads themselves are excellent quality and very absorbent, they performed as expected. The stain stick also works well. My order took about 9 days to arrive in New York, which was a bit longer than I anticipated given previous experiences with other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, good products at a fair price, just be aware shipping might take a little extra time depending on your location.
Happy with my starter kit
So, I finally decided to try cloth pads and grabbed a starter kit. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bamboo velour pads felt super soft, way better than disposable ones. They didn't feel bulky at all. It took about a week for them to get here, which was fine. Definitely a good way to dip my toes into reusable products. My only thought was maybe a quick wash guide in the box would be helpful for newbies.

I ordered a few heavy flow pads and a wet bag, and I'm so glad I did! The patterns are cute and they are incredibly comfortable. I've tried other brands before but these are by far my favorite.
